To request a refund, customers must contact our support team at support@tradeandgetpaid.com with proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request. Upon approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Customers may cancel their subscription plans at any time by contacting us at support@tradeandgetpaid.com. Cancellations made after the subscription renewal date will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
